Mission:

The City of Westmorland Public Works Department employees are committed to efficiently providing, operating, and maintaining public works infrastructure, facilities, and services to make everyday life as safe and convenient as possible for the public we serve.

What is Public Works:

The City of Westmorland public works department operates its own water & wastewater treatment plants. The primary water source is the Colorado river, delivered by the Imperial Irrigation District to the city via the All American canal and the Westmorland canal.
